YES, as we specialise in larger quantities allowing us to design bespoke caps – and – NO! we can supply low quantity off the shelf designed caps too! Low quantity hats may be subject to a logo digitalisation cost.

Yes, you can use our cap builder to place up to 4 logos in standard positions, but if you would like more than 4, want to put them in a different position or would like some help just let us know!

Yes, we can supply most styles of cap although the pre-curved peak is the most popular for promotional caps. Flat peaks are more popular for teamwear or racewear.

Yes, the caps are designed for each customer, you can choose the colours of the body, peak, stitching and eyelets and select as many logos as you would like on the cap all to suit your corporate or team colours.

There are 5 places we recommend to place logos, front, left side, ride side, rear and on peak, but we can accommodate any design as the caps are made to order.
We can work with most formats or change them to the right format, but we prefer pdf, .eps, jpeg, tiff, tell us what you have, and we can go from there!

The caps are made overseas and we specialise in high quantities so the set- up charges become a very small part of the cap cost and it means we can spend more on a better-quality cap
Yes, we have sample Logocaps in our corporate colours we can send you to show you the quality of our product.
Yes, on orders over 500 we can produce a free sample cap of your design for you to sign off before we go in to production. On orders under 200 a sample maybe possible but it will be chargeable.
Instantly if you use our online cap designer, if you would like something a bit different or would like our help we can turn the cap design around very quickly, typically 24 hours depending on the design!
We will email you a computer designed mock up, or you can use the online cap builder.
It depends on how many you have ordered if it’s over 200 typically 4 weeks using air freight. If it’s a larger quantity over 500 we use sea freight to keep the costs down and then its typically, 6-8 weeks – however we always try our best to accommodate customer deadlines where we can.

When we have created your Logocap we will send you a proforma invoice – as the caps are bespoke to each customer we hope our customers will understand we require full payment upfront.
No, on orders over 200 caps our price includes all set up charges, embroidery charges and shipping to the UK, our cap price is plus UK delivery and VAT. On orders under 200 caps we will always make it very clear what’s included and what’s not, no one likes any hidden surprises!
Yes, simply email through your previous sales order acknowledgement or invoice number so we can confirm the job number, we will then send a visual of your cap as confirmation.
Returns are handled on a case by case basis but generally no as the caps are bespoke to the customer and we are not able to resell them.
All delivery charges are noted on the quote, but we only charge for UK delivery, on orders over 200 our cap price includes all international delivery costs and duties.
